Alumni Card Partners  and Application Process

The CSQCi Alumni Card serves as membership identification to the alumni community.
Details on card types, application process (online), card partners, discounts, and privileges are listed below:

ONLINE APPLICATION

1. Accomplish the Online application form.
2. Wait for the result  of the status verification.

FOR PICK-UP

• Proceed to CSQCi ITRO (Information Technology Resource Office). The office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• If to be picked up by a representative, an authorization letter is required. Both you and your representative must present a valid company, government ID, or passport. Both signatures must appear on the authorization letter.

What is an Alumni Discount

The objective of this alumni discount is to invite and encourage the alumni of Coronado's School of Quezon City, Inc. to enroll their children/grandchildren in their alma mater.

Recipient of the CSQCi Alumni Discount can avail of the 20% discount on tuition fees from Pre-School to Junior High School.

Moreover, the CSQCi Alumni Discount will also extend to all future Campuses with the same discount scheme.

Alumni discount applications may only be filed during the enrolment period as it is a one-time application only, and if granted, will hold until the student finishes his/her program of study.

Requirements needed to Avail the Alumni Discount

For Alumni Parent

1. Birth Certificate of the student
2. Any of the following: (Alumni ID, TOR, Diploma of the alumni)

For Alumni Grandparent

1. Birth Certificate of the student
2. Birth Certificate of the alumni sibling
3. Any of the following: (Alumni ID, TOR, Diploma of the alumni)

For Alumni Grand Parent

1. Birth Certificate of the student
2. Birth Certificate of the parent of the student (Child of the alumni)
3. Any of the following: (Alumni ID, TOR, Diploma of the alumni)

Frequently Asked Questions

A: Coronians who successfully graduated (Fourth Year High School for Old Curriculum, and Senior High School for K-12 curriculum) can avail their LIFETIME alumni ID.

A: You can claim the alumni ID by yourself or through a representative

a. File your application here
• Female applicants may use their Married Name by providing and uploading
scanned copy of Certificate of Marriage as supporting document.
b. Once the fields have been completely filled – out, click “Submit”.

A: Alumni ID (NEW)
a. Authorization Letter signed by the Alumni and Requesting Party (PDF or JPG Format)
b. One (1) valid ID of the authorized person (JPG format)
c. One (1) valid ID of the alumni (JPG format)
d. 2x2 picture of the alumni (ID processor's use) (JPG format)
e. E-signature with white background (JPG format)

Additional Document for Alumni ID Renewal
f. Photocopy of the OLD Alumni ID (if available) RENEWAL

Additional Document for Alumni ID Replacement
g. Affidavit of Loss issued

A: It costs 350.00 php with LIFETIME validity.

A: The school will have several partner establishments that offer discounts to alumni ID holders, apart from the discounts given by the School.

A: The alumni must present a notarized Affidavit of Loss. After securing the document, the alumni may proceed to CSQCi ITRO Office for assistance.

A: Yes, you can apply for the replacement of your old/damaged alumni ID.
A replacement fee of 350.00 php at the Cashier's Office and the old/damaged alumni ID shall be surrendered the CSQCi ITRO (Information Technology Resource Office).

A: No, yet your CSQCi Alumni ID is your passport to claim perks and privileges. Your Alumni ID must also be presented whenever you avail any of the discounts and privileges.

A: If you have successfully accomplished your online alumni ID application, you may claim
your alumni ID at the CSQCi ITRO (Information Technology Resource Office) Room GA-102

A: Yes, you may use your married name in your alumni ID provided with your marriage certificate.

A: You may file an application once you have graduated from the school. The CSQCi ITRO (Information Technology Resource Office) is open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

One may take a Jeepney plying the "NIA-NPC" route and say "Coronado's School Napocor Village"

📍 From Visayas Avenue / Tandang Sora Avenue
The School may also be reached by way of "Himlayan Road" then turn left going to Napocor Village.
